Request account deletion

You can delete your Oyabite account and personal data at any time. Enter the email address on your account below and our team will verify and process your request. You can also delete your account in the app from Profile → Delete account.

What happens to your data

Deleted: your profile, name, phone, saved addresses, taste preferences, saved dishes and chefs, and (for chefs) your menu, uploaded identity documents, kitchen photos, and payout details. Your email is anonymized.
Retained: records of completed orders and any invoices may be kept in anonymized form where we are required to for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons. These no longer identify you.
Timeframe:requests are verified and completed within 30 days. We'll email you to confirm once it's done.
Deletion can't be started while you have an order still in progress. Please wait until any active order is completed or cancelled, then request deletion.
